Nur 40 cm breit und dennoch mit der geballten Power der großen Brüder: Der neue, kompakte Digitalmixer „StudioLive 16.0.2“ bietet 8 Mono- und 4 Stereo-Eingänge – letztere mit der Option, dort auch Mikrofone über XLR anzuschließen, 13 ultra-rauscharme XMAX™ Preamps, Wandler mit 118 dB Dynamik, ein mächtiges 16/16-FireWire-Audio-Interface und die geniale Echtzeitbearbeitung über den zentralen „Fat Channel“ – mit Hochpassfilter, Phasenschalter, Noise Gate, Kompressor, Limiter und semiparametrischem 3-Band-EQ; plus Stereo-Terzbandfilter für die Summe, 4 Aux-Wegen und 2 Master-DSP-Effektgeräten.
Ganz neu ist die MIDI-Anbindung: Über eine MIDI-Fußleiste oder Program-Change-Befehle aus der DAW lassen sich z.B. Effektspeicher wechseln sowie Summen- und Effektpegel regeln. Wie seine großen Brüder kann auch das „16.0.2“ über ein iPad ferngesteuert werden, sofern das Pult mit einem Notebook verbunden ist, auf dem die gratis beiliegende VSL-Editorsoftware läuft
